Electric Wire Testing Equipment Wear Resistance Test Two Laps 500G Weight​

Test standards: in line with GB5013.1 Article 5.6.3.3 test standards.

Samples: 3 pairs of each length of about 1m of the soft cable test samples to do.

Test methods and parameters:

1, in each pair of samples, a sample diameter of 40mm in the bottom of the fixed wheel around the

two rounds, the distance between the wheels of the flange must make every ring of samples in close

contact, and then Fix the specimen to prevent any relative movement of the cable to the wheel.

2, the second sample should be placed in the free sample of the above two laps in the tank, and

at one end of the Department of a 500g weight, the other end must be 0.1m distance up and

down movement, the speed of 40 one-way travel per minute.
