Overview:
According to relevant requirements stipulated in GB/T 18801-2015
Air Cleaner, this device is
applied to the solid pollutant removal testing(natural attenuation
test of solid pollutants, total
attenuation test of solid pollutants, calculation of clean air
delivery rate of solid pollutant removal
of air cleaner), gaseous pollutant removal test (natural
attenuation test of gaseous pollutant, total
attenuation test of gaseous pollutant, calculation of clean air
delivery rate of solid pollutant
removal of air cleaner ), service test of air cleaner and other
test.
Technical parameters:
1. Dimension: 3400 ×3500 ×2500 (3400 ×3500 ×2500), allowable
tolerance ±0.5m³
2. Structure: Warehouse board or frame is equipped with glass.
3. Observation window: 1000*700.
4. Door: 2000*800.
5. Sealing material: Use silicon rubber bar and glass sealant with
low volatility.
6. Mixing fan: Diameter 1400mm, metal vane, degree of mixing of
chamber is greater than 80%.
7. Circulating fan: (500-700)m3/h, diameter 20cm, installation
location: 1.5m above the ground,
0.4m away from rear wall.
8. Sampling hole : 3+3 pollutant filling and sampling port: Located
at the front wall and the right
side wall respectively; ball valve control, with flexible hose.
9. Lighting: 2 sets of cleaning luminaries with dual tubes.
10. Cleaning system (internal cleaning system): Primary efficiency
filter screen, intermediate
efficiency filter screen, high efficiency filter screen, activated
carbon filter screen (activated
carbon filter screen of formaldehyde testing chamber shall be
thickened properly).
11. Temperature and humidity sensor: Humidity: 30-90%RH±3%RH;
temperature: 10-50℃
±0.3℃.
12. Air circulation flow, refrigerating capacity, heating capacity,
humidifying capacity and other
parameters shall be determined by yourself according to operating
conditions said above.
However, the time taken from normal temperature to steady working
condition shall not be
greater than 20min, and the standard temperature is (25±2) ℃and the
relevant humidity is (
50±10)% during test of testing chamber.
13. Power supply of prototype: Single-phase 50-300V, 50Hz, capacity
1kW.
14. Control parameters: Under automatic testing state, all working
processes are in accordance
with standards.
