Range Hood Performance Testing Equipment , Vacuum Cleaner Air Flow Test Equipment​

Overview

This device is applicable to the air performance test of the vacuum cleaner, its performance index

accords with the stipulation of the national standard GB / T20291.

● Test principle

By measuring the gas flow through the orifice plate after the static pressure reducing cylinder,

converted to air volume. In the experiment, the air pressure was measured by changing the

diameter of the orifice plate, and the air performance curve of the vacuum cleaner was obtained

through the computer data processing.

● Technical parameters

① air volume measurement range 0.1-30m3 / min;

② cylinder static pressure measurement range 0-100kPa;

③ wind measurement error ± 3%;

● Composition of test equipment

① Ventilation device: test wind room 500 * 500 * 500mm, throttle orifice 10 (according to

GB20291 design custom), the installation of connecting pieces (customized according to user

needs), a transition plate plate.

② control cabinet and display instrument.
